Eli & Elm is a luxury pillow and bedding supplier who are just building their brand. The company came from New England Connecticut so there is a history in this area in regards to manufacturing. One of the machines which they used heavily in this area is a Cotton Gin machine.
The client wants the logo for Eli & Elm to integrate the wheels of these cotton gin machines into the "&" (ampersand) and to capture year 1800's colonial look but also give it a 21st century modern feel. The goal was to keep things sophisticated, luxurious and clean while keeping the logo mark vintage as much as possible.
